Introduction

What BreezThru is, who it's for, and how it turns manual work into automated workflows.

BreezThru turns the work your team already does by hand into automated workflows.

You describe any process as a sequence of steps — research a company, verify it, draft an offer and send it, or whatever your team's work actually looks like. BreezThru runs those steps automatically. Where judgement matters, a human stays in the loop. Steps that prove themselves reliable can be promoted to autonomy and run on their own, with spot-checks and drift detection watching over them.

Who it's for

BreezThru is for teams that do repeatable expert work: sales research, due diligence, client onboarding, compliance checks, and back-office operations. If you can write your best person's process down as steps, you can run it as a workflow.

The core idea

Every process in BreezThru is a workflow: a set of steps, each with an input, an output, and a level of automation.

  • Runs are one execution of a workflow: one pass through its steps, end to end.
  • Steps are the individual tasks inside a run. A step is either automated, approved by a human, or done fully by hand.
  • Automation levels (L1, L2, L3) decide how much human involvement each step needs.
  • Targets are the companies or people your runs are about: the CRM at the heart of the platform.
The shipped example workflow is assess_offer: it gathers a target, looks the company up on Companies House, crawls its public pages, synthesises verified facts, and drafts a client-facing offer.
